Wilwood has released new redesigned versions of its FNSL6R six-piston and FNSL4R four-piston Forged Narrow Superlite Calipers. The calipers now offer an improved appearance, as well as added strength and durability through the use of stress-flow forging processes, according to the company.

Todd Gartshore, co-founder and and vice president of marketing for Baer Brakes, died on Sunday, June 26. Gartshore was a fixture at industry events, races and shows, including the Hotrod & Restoration Trade Show, and will be missed by his many industry friends.

Centerforce has added applications for 1965-1987 Ford cars and trucks to its DFX Series of high-performance single disc clutches, replacing the 11 1/2-inch-long style pressure plate. The new clutch assembly replaces the current assembly with a higher holding capacity pressure plate that’s designed for a direct bolt-in replacement and ceramic button-style disc.
