February: The Dynaliner
The Dynaliner, our February 2009 and first-ever Car of the Month, is a 1932 Ford Three-Window Coupe. Owned by Scott Whitaker of Dynamat, the Dynaliner is frequently seen in the company’s booth at shows. Built by Speed Kings Garage of Cincinnati, Ohio, this features scratch-built wheels with “Rolls Royce” style custom aluminum covers and a steel three-window Brookville body. It was built and painted to look and drive like a 50-year-old Salt Flats chopped coupe, said Whitaker.
