Watson’s StreetWorks has just released its new Billet Electric Firewall Plug, which is designed to be a clean, compact alternative to firewall ports, said the company. The plug allows the user to connect and disconnect the car’s front end or other wiring, making it easier to do electrical work on the car.

The plug screws together and will handle eight circuits, each with a 16 gage wire, and is GM color-coded. The plug cover is 2 inches tall,  1.5 inches wide and 7/8 inches deep, with a clean exit flush to the surface. It has a 10-amp rating per circuit and is good for a 3/16-inch maximum firewall thickness, said the company.

The gasket is included with the plug.
