Speed Direct Introduces New Front Coil-Over Shock Package for Mustangs

Speed Direct has announced the release of its new Vector Series front coil-over spring conversion kit for 1965-1970 Mustangs. The new shock package is a bolt-on kit that does not require any permanent modification to the vehicle. It will bolt on using the existing mounting locations.

The included aluminum shocks are completely rebuildable and adjustable. The kit offers multiple spring rates to choose from to allow for customization, and it utilizes the stock control arms, which helps to keep them more affordable, according to the company.

This weekend, a number of car clubs and businesses around the country are hosting car shows and events that give retailers the opportunity to show off builds, connect with new customers and support community organizations that are helping out the less fortunate during the holidays. The indoor/outdoor event will include live music, a fashion show, 60-second freestyle, over 300 vendors, a bikini contest, a cruise route, a burnout contest and many more attractions. The event marks the end of the swap meet season each year and, according to show organizers, attracts thousands of enthusiasts who travel to Carlisle from all points of the globe to buy, sell and celebrate all things automotive. The swap meet and corral covers 102 acres and features 8,100 vending spaces and 2,000 vehicles. The event coincides with the Fall Carlisle Auction, which takes place Thursday and Friday.
