Steele Rubber Introduces 1969–1972 GM Roof Rail Seals

Crafted roof rail weatherstrips for 1969–1972 two-door GM hardtop models are now available from Steele Rubber Products. The parts will fit on the roof of the vehicle and seal the side window when the window is fully raised.

The weatherstrips are available for Buick Gran Sport and Skylark; Chevy Chevelle and Monte Carlo; Oldsmobile Cutlass and 442; and Pontiac Tempest, LeMans and GTO. They have an authentic look and are made with heat- and ozone-resistant rubber compounds, said the company.

New Firewall-Mount Throttle Pedals Now Available From Control Cables

Control Cables has introduced its new firewall-mount throttle pedals, which are made from 6061 T6 billet aluminum. The pedals feature a spring-loaded pedal pad with a rubber insert. Each pedal is approximately 3.5 inches long, 1.5 inches wide and tapers to 1.25 inches at the bottom for a clean look.

The two connecting arms for the throttle mount have 36 splines for greater adjustment and are fully reversible. The 0.75-inch base has oil lite bushings, which allow for a smoother operation and longer life, according to the company.

Lunati Introduces New Pressure-Fed Mechanical Roller Lifters

Lunati has introduced its new Direct Pressure-Fed Mechanical Roller Lifters, which feature a solid roller design that feeds pressurized oil directly to highly stressed areas of the valvetrain, including the critical axle and wheel. The roller lifts are designed specifically for serious race engines.

The lifters are made from premium steel and precision-machined to exact tolerances, then heat-treated for increased strength and wear resistance, according to the company. Each lifter body is fitted with CNC-machined polished axles and wheels that are also heat-treated for durability.

Speedway Motors Debuts Stainless Steel Shotgun Headers

Speedway Motor has introduced its new Polished Stainless Steel Shotgun Headers for highboy roadsters or T-buckets. The headers are designed to provide a distinctive new look for the roadster-style small-block Chevy headers that are commonly found on early street rods.

The headers feature classically shaped 1-5/8-inch primary pipes that sweep down into twin-tube extension pipes, each with scalloped-cut ends. Their stainless steel construction ensures that the headers won’t rust and will maintain their polished finish, said the company.

A new Tri-Five Chevy parts and accessories has been introduced by Classic Industries. The new catalog features a range of parts for 1955–1957 Chevys, including the Chevy 150, 210 and Bel Air models.

The full-color catalog contains products such as sheet metal, complete bodies, upholstery products and powertrain components. It’s the most-comprehensive selection of parts ever assembled for these vehicles, according to Classic Industries CEO Jeff Leonard.

VDO Introduces New Chrome Instrument Clusters for 1933–1934 Fords

A new chrome instrument cluster for 1933–1934 Fords has been released by VDO. Its design is based on the company’s Heritage Chrome instrument line and incorporates black pointers, antique font offset on parchment colored dials and polished chrome bezels.

The new instrument cluster features a center-mounted 85mm 120-mph speedometer that’s flanked by four 52mm accessory gauges. The oil pressure gauge and voltmeter are on the left and the water temperature and fuel gauges are on the right.

Precision Turbo & Engine Releases New Ball-Bearing Turbocharger

The new 6466 CEA Turbocharger from Precision Turbo & Engine is a ball-bearing unit that’s rated to support up to 900 horsepower. The new turbocharger showcases a 64mm Competition Engineered Aerodynamics (CEA), CNC-machined 2618-forged aluminum compressor wheel and a high-flow 66mm CEA turbine wheel.

The turbocharger is offered with an air-cooled, dual ceramic ball-bearing center housing rotating assembly and utilizes the company’s “Ported S” cover compressor. Several turbine housing options are available to ensure it will fit a variety of applications, according to the company.

Classic Instruments has released its new Nostalgia VT series of gauges. The series features both modern and vintage-looking features and is available in several combinations of instruments.

Crane Cams to Showcase New Billet Chevy LS Valve Covers at HRR Trade Show

Crane Cams has introduced two new versions of its billet aluminum valve covers for Chevy LS V-8 engines. The valve covers are designed for all LS cylinder heads that have the four center-bolt hold-down configuration. The covers are equipped with a passenger side oil cap, and provision are made for machining to accept the standard coil brackets.

The valve covers feature a solid sealing flange that eliminates distortion and is machined for the included O-rings in order to affect a positive seal to the cylinder head, according to the company. The valve covers have increased interior dimensions to provide the needed additional clearance for shaft and stud-mounted aftermarket performance rocker arms. They come with a natural aluminum finish with the Crane Cams logo machined into the top face. Custom options are also available.
