Scott Drake Releases New ‘FoMoCo’-Branded Headlamps for Mustangs

Scott Drake has introduced its new “FoMoCo”-scripted headlamps, which are authentic reproductions of the headlamps that appeared on some early Mustangs. The 7-inch, round headlamps offer an original look but with safer halogen technology, according to the company.
The company used original Ford NOS lamps and duplicated every appearance detail. Although two “FoMoCo” script designs were produced by Ford, Scott Drake chose to reproduce the version with a more-prominent, reverse-raised logo as it’s more prized by Mustang enthusiasts, according to the company.

Classic Industries Introduces New First-Gen Camaro/Firebird Trunk Lid Cover Panels

Classic Industries has announced the release of its new ABS “Perfect Fit” Trunk Lid Cover Panels for 1967–1969 Camaros and Firebirds. The panels provide a finished look for the underside of a car’s deck lid when the trunk is open.
The trunk lid cover panels will fit all first-generation Camaros and Firebirds. They’re designed to clear trunk hinges and can be installed without any drilling, screws or damage to a car’s finish, said the company. They’ll also hide any factory holes or stamping marks to improve the appearance of the trunk area.

Accelerated Racing Products Introduces New Billet Supercharger

Accelerated Racing Products has announced the release of its new billet centrifugal supercharger. The supercharger is designed to boost performance while blending in with a vehicle’s custom look, said the company.
The supercharger’s housing and cover are machined from 6061 aluminum and are available in natural, micro-polished or black anodized finishes.
Internally, the new supercharger features a high-flow billet impeller that’s capable of supporting over 500 horsepower while still producing a low rpm boost for improved drivability, said the company.
A proprietary ceramic bearing system is used to increase the product’s durability and service life. All of the supercharger’s components are specially coated for temperature and wear control.

Livorsi Introduces New Quick-Release Billet Hub Adapter Kit

Livorsi Automotive has released a new billet hub adapter kit designed to allow the user to quickly and easily remove a wheel and hub assembly. The quick-release hub also doubles as a theft deterrent, as it allows the driver to take the car’s steering wheel off, rendering the vehicle inoperable, the company said.
The versatile hub will fit steering wheels with a three- or six-bolt pattern and will bolt to any Livorsi steering wheel offering, including the Isotta and Momo models, as well as steering wheels from many other brands.
The kit includes a billet aluminum hub, a 3/4-inch stainless steel shaft that will weld onto the steering column, 10-32 thread pitch hardware and an aluminum polished finish.

AOI Introduces New RetroRack Universal Steering Rack

RetroRack is a new power rack-and-pinion assembly from AOI that’s designed for universal fitment in any application. It features a CNC-machined 6061 billet aluminum housing and provides 8 inches of rack travel.
The steering rack is fully adjustable for LHD, RHD, front-steer and rear-steer fitment. The valve housing, pinion tower, center drag link and mounting brackets all rotate 360 degrees to overcome interference or mounting issues, said the company.
RetroRack is finished in full polish, nickel plate or black anodize, and can be adapted to any type of custom car, off-road vehicle or racing application, according to AOI.

Fuel cell users can now upgrade their cells from the troublesome flip-style filler to the Easy Turn Fill Cap Assembly from Pro-Werks. The assembly features positive grip finger notches, quick-starting coarse threads and a radial squeeze O-ring.

Inglese Releases New EZ-EFI Eight Stack Induction System

Inglese has introduced its new EZ-EFI Eight Stack Induction System, a self-learning fuel injection system that tunes itself as you drive without requiring a laptop. The system uses FAST EZ-EFI electronics as well as the company’s Precision-Flow Fuel Injectors, which are integrated into Inglese’s cast aluminum 50mm IDA-style throttle bodies.
The system’s EZ-EFI controller will establish the base tuning file and then “learn” as the car drives while honing in on the optimum tune, according to the company. It only requires the driver to answer a few questions before operating the unit.

Flaming River Introduces New Rack & Pinion For Road Racers

The new Road Race Power Race-and-Pinion from Flaming River features a quick ratio design to allow for a rack gain of 2.27 inches per revolution of the pinion. It has an adjustable positive-lock rack gear that will maintain a positive mesh between the rack gear and the pinion gear during vibration, making it ideal for racing applications, said the company.
The rack-and-pinion’s travel, pivot points, length and inner end dimensions are all customizable to suit a variety of vehicle applications. It comes with low-profile braided stainless pressure lines for added clearance and is made of all new components.

PML Launches New Buick Nailhead V-8 Engine Valve Covers

PML has released three new valve cover designs that will add a nostalgic and authentic look to classic V-8 engines, according to the company.
The new designs include the classic Smooth Side, the Full Fin (which provides a clean look) and one with “Buick” script with fins. All of the new valve covers are constructed of heavy-duty, sand-cast aluminum and won’t bend or flex.
The valve covers are offered with a choice of three finishes: natural cast, powdercoated or polished. Each design accommodates PCV, oil fill and breathers, if necessary. They’ll fit 1953–1966 Buick engines from 264–425 cui.

American Powertrain Releases Universal Transmission Crossmember

The new X-Factor Stretch crossmember from American Powertrain was designed to make the job of fitting a crossmember to a transmission easier. The Strech crossmember spans 26–32 inches inside the frame rails and can be bolted or welded in place to provide a wide range of fitment possibilities that have clearance for large diameter exhaust tubes.
The X-Factor Stretch crossmember is made from hot-pressed T-6061 aluminum to ensure that it’s light and strong, said the company. It can be used for a variety of street or track applications and features unique end supports made from low carbon steel.
All stock parts are powdercoated in metallic aluminum and come with an aluminum center section, steel end supports and grade-8 hardware. Applications include classic four-speeds, modern five- and six-speeds, and all vintage and late-model applications.
