Brake Performance offers brake rotors in three styles: slotted and cross drilled, slotted and dimpled and slotted. The rotors, which are available for all cars, trucks and SUVs from 1937 to present, feature full-sweep scraper slots that extend off the outer diameter of the rotor to help with braking in wet weather and keeping dust away from wheels.

A new line of Billet Aluminum Adjustable Shock Absorbers for street rods is now available from Edelbrock. The mono-tube shocks have an eight-way adjustability of round and damper settings via an external clicker knob. The interior of the shock tubes are hard-anodized and Teflon-coated for durability. The shocks are equipped with 5/8-in. i.d. bearing mounts or urethane bushings and are available in 46 mm coil-over (rear) and 36 mm for non-coilover (front) applications. The coil-over springs are available in multiple spring rates to accommodate a variety of chassis styles and weights. In addition, the billet tubes are polished to a mirror finish.
New from Electric-Life are custom-fit power windows for street and custom rods. The windows are custom-fit for each application and feature a new generation compact, high-torque OEM-style motor that is designed for smooth and quiet operation, said the company. The kits also offer improved vertical and lateral movements due to free-floating sash rides, said Electric-Life. All switch kits, which come in a choice of billet, GM chrome and black illuminated, include a plug-and-play wiring harness.
Just released from Dynacorn International are 1416A/ B-body Skeletons for ’70-’72 A-bodies. Tooled from auto-grade universal steel and assembled with the specifications of GM, the skeletons are complete from-the-roof braces to the quarter wheel housing assemblies. Full floor pans include a new trunk and all braces pre-welded into place. A-pillars and B-pillars, along with the firewall, are also provided, making up an almost complete A-body frame.
New from Pro’s Pick is an Electric Power Tailgate Kit. The kit is operated by an electric switch that is installed inside the cab and will eliminate the chain assembly. It is constructed of aluminum and stainless materials (exposed brackets many be painted if desired.) An optional remote control unit is available to operate the power tailgate.
Auto Meter Products has just introduced its line of MOPAR Performance Series Gauges. The gauges are officially licensed by MOPAR and feature a new MOPAR blue through-the-dial LED illumination, illuminated MOPAR “M” logo on a choice of white or black dials, finished with silver anodized super bezels. The gauges feature high-contrast glowing red pointers to ensure readability, said the company. The series is offered with competition-bred movements in a choice of short sweep electric, mechanical and full sweep electric stepper gauge movements.
